Excellentia Consulting was initiated and established by a group of Senior Executive Professionals who have unity of determination and commitment to collaborate in building and supporting the growth of small and medium businesses in Indonesia.

All the knowledge, skills and experience as practitioners for more than two decades have been preceded for implementation to help our client in developing their business.

We leverage our team’s extensive expertises, world’s best practices, and local business knowledge, to ensure that our recommendations are well understood and relevantly implemented.

More than 30 years working as senior executive professional in various function and type of industry has made him gain an extensive experience in managing the business operation. Started from developing an executable strategic planning, ensuring the right implementation of every plan and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the result generated.  His main focus is to ensure that every operation are well managed in a correct and consistent way to eliminate waste and maximise profitability for either current and long term result of the business.
He is in-charge to help and coach our client in the area of Generating Profit Solution as well as Establishing Startegic Planning for the improvement and growth performance of the business.      

LISIA WIJAYA

Lisia has working experiences for more than 25 years as a professional consultant in an international consulting firm currently known as Deloitte, whose experiences in handling corporate finance and financial advisory assignments of listed or closely held companies in various industries such as trading, manufacturing, telecommunication, hospitality, property, service & retail; and ever hold position as an investment banker as well as some handling financial and  operation at management level positions for some big group companies. Lisia also active in various roles of professional society (including Association of Indonesia Appraisers) & social organizations. added to that, her expertise also includes in financial corporate advisory, financial & operational, budget control, valuations and  organizational development.

ANDREW DOLOKSARIBU

A practitioner and observer in Marketing and Business Development, Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Ballarat (Federation University Australia), Bachelor of Economics from the Nommensen University-Indonesia and Diploma in International Business from MDIS-Singapore, which make him fully qualified to handle all commercial, marketing and business development activities.  Other than worked and lived in overseas, Andrew has more than 20 years experience in management, marketing and business development, which gained and most of his working experience with multinational companies.  Recent years, he has grown his business development skills by establishing few foreign companies in Indonesia and also heavily involved in startups
